The YES alumni in Douala decided to make the women´s day impactful. They decided to let the young teenage girls of the high school (Lycée de Maképé of Douala) know that they are too changing the status and the place of the women. Evangeline Safeh (YES´12) first exposed on the theme of the IWD Women in a world in evolution, planet 50-50 by 2030.  Clementine Nobousse (YES´12) continue by exposing on the slowing agents of the emancipation of women such as illiteracy. Taking example of the Northem girls, she showed the consequences of non-education and illiteracy both on the social life of girl and the economic view. They also deeply talked about the importance of good health condition for women. Claude Essomba (YES´14) also talked about consequence of early pregnancy and sexuality in high school. She explained the issue of breast cancer. And they ended with 10 tips to be successful leader.
